I have spent over two decades leading commercial teams across East Africa. I have built revenue functions, run large markets, and coached leaders at every level of the game. That experience is what I bring into every coaching engagement.
Today I coach sales leaders and their teams through one-to-one engagements, team coaching, and speaking. I also run the Sales Tribe, a community of sales professionals in Nairobi that meets every two months. The through-line is always the same: I am interested in what stops good leaders from becoming great ones.
